An online class for anyone that:

  • Suffers from primary digestive problems such as; IBS, bloating, constipation, heartburn.

  • Suffers from secondary digestive problems such as; skin problems, low mood, poor skin health, weight gain/difficulty loosing weight.

  • Is ready and willing to learn about their microbiome

  • Is prepared to take at least 10 minutes a day to do a Qi Gong self abdominal massage.

You can be eating only the finest, whole, organic produce & superfoods, taking supplements and probiotics but you if don’t understand your microbiome and support it, you could be slowly damaging your insides.
